A profound conversation with the luminous Kate Stone, an actor & founder of The HeartSpeak Empowerment School for Young Women. This woman really inspires me in the sacred now, as well as for the future that lies before us.

After graduation from NYU, Kate was enticed by the road less traveled and began adventure writing for literary and magazine publications, surfing her way through the remote eastern islands of Indonesia. Kate was accepted as a Princeton University Teaching Fellow and taught throughout Southeast Asia.

Then, Kate moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting full time. In Fall 2018, Kate starred as the lead in a movie premiering on the Lifetime Channel Network.

As an accredited counselor and certified life coach, Kate supports young women transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. The School for Inner Education, a seven-week psycho-spiritual therapeutic program, offers students the tools for navigating their minds, emotions, bodies, and relationships.
