Dayle Haddon (find her on Instagram!) is founder and CEO of WomenOne (find them on Instagram, too). Dayle works to raise awareness about the barriers to education around the world, advocates for innovative education policy and support from global leaders and decision makers, and ensures that WomenOne is working effectively to provide women and girls globally access to quality education.

Prior to founding WomenOne, Dayle built a highly successful career in the beauty and fashion industry, which continues today. She is the only model to have had four major contracts as the face and international spokesperson for L’Oréal, Revlon, Estée Lauder, and Max Factor. In addition to posing for over 100 magazine covers, Dayle helped lead the industry to redefine the concepts of true beauty and embrace the beauty of every age. Dayle has written two international bestselling books on inner & outer beauty and living in balance.

Dayle has been a regular contributor for CBS’ The Early Show. She is a UNICEF Ambassador, Free the Children Advocate, and the L’Oréal Global Ambassador for Women of Worth. Dayle has traveled extensively to Africa for WomenOne and South America through UNICEF and Free the Children on behalf of women and children, and has written about their experiences for CNN, The Huffington Post, Redbook, IVillage, Interview Magazine, Glamour, and Marie Claire. Dayle is a regular keynote speaker to discuss the importance of women and girls’ education, regularly attends sessions at the United Nations, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City and Washington, D.C.
