A delightful and free flowing conversation with author and coach Agi Heale, on her brilliant new book, Generation Panic. We talk about anxiety, stress, self care, and so much more as Agi offers some wonderful perspectives.

As the youngest female Director of a fast-paced and growing business who has managed her own anxiety while leading high performing teams, Agi now works with rising and high-achieving leaders to stay energized, positive and resilient, even in times of high pressure and big change.

Agi started her career in Financial Services recruitment, where she was a Director managing three teams. She then went on to train as a certified professional coach (CPCC, PCC & Certified NLP Practitioner). Agi built her coaching practice in London, and now in Singapore, working with both organizations and individuals. She uses a blend of coaching, leadership development, NLP & neuroscience techniques to find the best solutions for clients. Her services include one-on-one Coaching, Leadership Development Programs and Group Facilitations.

Agi was born in the US, grew up in Hong Kong, studied in the UK, and now lives in Singapore with her family. As a result, she works with clients cross-culturally, and is confident coaching people from all walks of life.

Agi has written her first book, Generation Panic, filled with tools & techniques for anxious professionals to get back on track. Agi has suffered from anxiety on and off throughout her life, and had a bout of panic attacks in 2014. Using Generation Panic‘s simple techniques, she learned how to manage her anxiety and has not had a panic attack since that time.

She spends her “spare time” with her husband chasing after two young kids in the Lion city.
